Land of Elephants After an early breakfast, your guide will pick you up and drive through the scenic countryside towards Tarangire National Park. The drive takes approximately 2.5 hours, passing through rural villages, farmland, and Maasai homesteads. Enter the park by late morning and begin your game drive, exploring the vast savannahs and ancient baobab forests. Tarangire is famous for its large population of elephants and seasonal river that attracts numerous animals during the dry months.
